Purchase Order & Work Order — Terms and Conditions
Supply of Goods · Services · Works · Subcontracts. These Conditions apply to, and form an integral part of, every Purchase Order, Work Order, Blanket Order, call-off and subcontract issued by VSB International Contracting LLC on or after the issue date. By acknowledging an Order, or by commencing manufacture, procurement, delivery or performance, the Seller accepts these Conditions (Clauses 2.5 and 48.1).

Governing law

Right to negotiate. Nothing in these Conditions prevents a Seller from seeking, before acceptance, a relaxation of or amendment to any term, including the payment terms (Clause 3). Requests should be raised in writing with the VSBI Procurement Department before accepting an Order.
Suppliers and subcontractors. Registration on the VSBI supplier portal, and participation in VSBI requests for quotation and tenders, are on the basis of these Conditions. Register as a vendor or subcontractor.
