  We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to oversee the technical outfitting and systems execution for our major developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex MEP installations—including industrial warehouses and specialized hazardous material facilities—ensuring all systems are designed, procured, and installed in strict compliance with UAE standards and local authority regulations. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Oversee and coordinate all MEP installations on-site, ensuring alignment with approved architectural and structural plans. Technical Outfitting: Manage the procurement, technical specification, and installation of specialized MEP components, including advanced firefighting systems, industrial HVAC, and specialized electrical fixtures (e.g., blastproof lighting). Contractor Management: Supervise MEP subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Compliance & Approvals: Ensure all mechanical and electrical installations comply with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other relevant UAE local authority codes. Design Review: Review MEP design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals to resolve clashes and technical issues before site execution. Quality & Safety (QA/QC): Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and site safety protocols during all MEP phases.

  Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven MEP engineering experience specifically within the UAE construction sector. Project Expertise: Prior experience managing MEP works for large-scale industrial projects, warehouses, or chemical storage facilities is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP design software. Strong understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost parameters. Local Knowledge: In-depth understanding of UAE local authority regulations and approval processes. Communication: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary communication skills.
